Cleaning

  • Wipe with a soft, damp cloth or sponge.
  • For deeper cleaning, use mild dish soap with warm water.
  • Do not use abrasive pads or steel wool.

Stains & Spills

  • Concrete is porous, even if sealed
  • Wipe spills immediately (coffee, wine, oil, lemon, vinegar, etc.)
  • If left too long, stains may become permanent

Chemicals

  • Avoid bleach, ammonia, strong acids, and harsh cleaners.
  • These can damage the protective seal.

Heat Safety

  • Not dishwasher safe.
  • Not microwave safe (can cause cracking or damage).

Wax Removal

  • Never use boiling water (can cause cracking).
  • Use warm water soak until wax softens, then wipe clean.
  • Or use a hair dryer on medium heat and wipe melted wax.

Sand Wax Instructions

  • Fill vessel with sand wax.
  • Place wick in the center (about 1/4 inch exposed).
  • Add fragrance oil near the wick, not the edges.
  • After use, let cool, remove wick residue, level wax, and insert a new wick.
